Shipping Policy
1. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 days of placement unless otherwise stated.
2. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, we are not responsible for the issue that the address given is wrong.
3. Please leave a valid phone number as the courier may need it during delivery.
4. We provide tracking number for each package. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and tracking link so you can trace your package.
5. For customers in US, UK, Australia and Japan, item will be sent from local warehouse unless the the item is lack of stock. For other country customers item will be sent directly from our factory in China.
6. For items which are weighted over 2kg, we may not ship to Post Office Boxes address.
7. Please note, however, the economy shipping may take 1 - 2 months when shipping to South America and the Russian Federation due to transport and customs issues.
8. For some countries, import taxes and duties might be charged upon reaching customs. We will try to declare reasonable low value in order to get through the custom. However, if taxes still being charged in unpredictable situation, we are unable to pay for these. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. To avoid being charged unexpectedly, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for the current duty rates and taxes before placing an order.
